Angie Katz

 

I began my personal training career in 2003 after spending five years teaching public school.  My time in the classroom helped me to uncover my passion for educating others on how to take control of their health, fitness, and overall wellness.  My clients come from all walks of life and bring with them a variety of goals.  The common thread critical to their success is education.  As individuals, we are all unique and our bodys' responses to exercise and nutrition are equally as unique.  With this in mind, I create customized programs tailored to the needs of each individual. Approaching my clients from a whole-body perspective, I strive to arm them with the lifelong knowledge that will allow them to make a permanent shift to a healthy lifestyle.

Michelle Kinlaw

I left the corporate world in 2004 and began my career in health and fitness. I had incorporated a healthy lifestyle many years beforehand and wished to teach others how changes could impact their health. I believe we should be proactive not reactive in our pursuit.

 

The body is intelligent and complex and the variables to good health and fitness are many, but there are some basic foundations. It is my passion to learn and to educate.  Health and vitality can be achieved through good habits.  It is not about perfection but balance, progression and consistency.

It is my desire to provide the tools to empower you to be proactive in your own health.
